There are times when stress and life difficulties can seem to be getting the better of us. The more we try to sort things out, the more overwhelmed we become. When we are feeling low we often don’t feel like doing anything, it is at this time that it is vital for our health and wellbeing to do something to feel refreshed, re-motivated, re-energised or even a little better. Most of the time motivation, energy and focus often come to us after we have begun doing something uplifting.
