‘RU-OK’ Day is on Thursday 9 September this year. The purpose of ‘RU-OK- Day is to remind all of us to regularly and meaningfully ask friends, family and work colleagues the question: ‘RU-OK?’ This is even more important in today’s challenging times.

ACCESS Programs has produced a short video for ‘RU-OK’ Day containing some additional resources to help managers and human resources support staff around ‘RU-OK’ Day as well as how the ACCESS Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and ACCESS Manager Assistance can help.

Please contact our office on 1300 66 77 00 if there is anything you need in relation to ‘RU-OK’ Day this year.
