ACCESS Programs has transitioned to a telephone counselling model until the situation regarding COVID-19 settles. Clients are able to access telephone appointments in lieu of face-to-face counselling. Where there is a need for debriefing as a result of a critical incident, this will be provided by telephone or other digital platform as approved.
